Tricia A. Lewis passed away with her beloved family at her side on March 30, 2014, following a long and difficult battle with a rare lung disease. She received a double lung transplant on Feb. 16, 2011.
Tricia was born on August 4, 1977, in Ashtabula, Ohio, she was 36 years old. She attended both Ashtabula High School and Harbor High and received her G.E.D. in 1998. She also took some college classes at Kent Ashtabula Branch.
Tricia loved life! She loved doing things for others and helping people. She loved to shop, decorate, and spend time with her pets. She also loved riding four wheelers and motorcycles. What she loved most was her family.
She is dearly loved and will be sadly missed by her mother and step-father, Deborah and David Baker; her children, Drake Lewis and Maleah Young; her brother, Derreck and Nichole White; her step-brother and sister, David Baker and Sioban (Baker) Uvalle; her grandmother, Laverne Lewis; her nieces, Nevaeh M. and Mishaela A. White; and her many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Albert Lewis; her great-grandmother, June Evans; and her beloved cousin, Jeffrey Rand.
On May 10th, a Candlelight Vigil will be held in Tricia’s honor at Walnut Beach in the Ashtabula Harbor at 8 p.m., following a private memorial.
