COLUMBUS — George T. Tucholski, age 71, a former resident of Rome, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013, in Columbus, Ohio.

Born on May 31, 1942, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was a son of the late Edward and Mary (Iaricci) Tucholski.

A Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, George was a retired truck driver.

He enjoyed working on cars, gardening and being outdoors.

Survivors include two daughters, Robin (Ed) Bondzio and Dorothy (David) Diodati; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Edward, Robert, Cas and Joseph; three sisters, Sylvia McQuiston, Kathy Vickman and Anita Dunavant; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother David Ladd; sister, Mary Reynolds; and daughter, Kathy Earls.

Memorials in his name are requested to be made to the American Cancer Society.
