GENEVA — Alice M. Jones, age 80, of Geneva, passed away Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at Hospice of Western Reserve in Cleveland.
Born July 2, 1933, in Madison, Ohio, to Albert S. and Maude B. (Wilson) Hunt.
She worked at the Industrial Rayon for several years and lived most of her life in Geneva. Her family was most important and she enjoyed all kinds of crafting.
Survivors include her children, Gary (Cindy) Jones and Debra (Dave) Canter, both of Geneva, Daniel (Vicky) Jones of Madison and Tonya (Gerald) Nighman of Ashtabula; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one nephew, Tom Sadlock of Mentor.
She was preceded in death by two grandsons, Justice Sutherland and Mathew Jones; two twin great-grandsons, Cameron and Cole; and one sister, Dorothy Sadlock.
Calling Hour will be Tuesday, Feb. 25th, from 11 a.m. to Noon, followed by the Funeral Service, at WALKER FUNERAL HOME, 828 Sherman St., Geneva, with the Rev. Ken Wright, of the Life Point Church of Mentor, officiating. Burial at Geneva Evergreen Cemetery.
