ASHTABULA — Karen E. G. Warren, age 71, of E. 40th St., died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, peacefully surrounded by her family at her home.
She was born in Rochester, N.Y., on May 1, 1941, the daughter Bernard and Marjorie (Coleman) Considine.
She had worked as a X-Ray Technician at University Hospitals and at the Ashtabula County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in the Rehab Department.
She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and she had been a volunteer at the American Cancer Society. She enjoyed crossword puzzles; the Cleveland Indians and Browns, reading and spending time with her family.
Surviving her is her husband, James P. Warren, whom she married Feb. 3, 1962; four children, Christopher (Helen) Warren of Alexandria, Va., Margaret “Peggy” Warren of Ashtabula, Jennifer (Rick) Venczel of Cleveland, Ohio and Katie (David) Rozzo of Ashtabula; six grandchildren, Janelle, Jared, Sara, Conor, Ryan and Shaylyn; a great-grandchild, Urijah; and a sister, Eileen (Manuel) Lopez of Middlefield, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Friday, Jan. 25th, at Our Lady of Peace Parish, St. Joseph Church, 3312 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, with the Rev. Father Raymond Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery.
Calling Hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 24th, at the Ashtabula Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
