CLEVELAND — Troy William “Bill” Duncan, age 67, of Andover, Ohio, passed away Saturday morning, Feb. 8, 2014, at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.
Bill was born Oct. 13, 1946, in Tennessee, the son of Troy and Nina (Walker) Duncan. Bill attended Richmond Center School and graduated from Pymatuning Valley High in 1965. Bill was an excellent student with a sharp mind and an excellent memory.
Bill was also an avid hunter and fisherman, and a wonderful host of his Walleye, Perch Fries, and Wild Venison cook-outs.
After graduation, Bill moved to Cleveland and worked for many years at TRW.
Bill then moved to Chardon, Ohio, where he raised his children, Billie Jo Case (Randy), Yvonne Milde (Scott) and Troy Duncan. Bill then moved back to the Pymatuning area, where he spent the rest of his life.
Bill is survived by his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Nicole, Zachary, Troy and Hallie; ex-wife, Nancy; his loving brother, Teddy Ray; his sisters, Ann (Shirley) Parsons, Linda (Bob) Schwartz, Brenda (James) Hernandez and Judy Davis; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
