TUCSON, Ariz. — Kay E. Nelson Hall, age 74, of Tucson, Ariz., passed away Monday, July 22, 2013, at Moreno’s Care Home in Tucson, from complications of diabetes.
She was born Dec. 23, 1938, in Conneaut, Ohio, the daughter of Henry and Ellen Bernardo and was an Ashtabula resident for over 40 years. Kay graduated from Ashtabula High School in 1956.
Kay was a Deputy Clerk in Yuma County, Ariz. She enjoyed traveling and playing poker.
Survivors include her children, Richard Kirk, Michael Adams, Cynthia Kirk and Tracy Kelly; step-children, Robin Thomas, Rick Hall and Robert Hall; grandchildren, Keegan and Dylan Kirk; and sister, Sandra Hanna.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Richard; her parents; and a brother, Vincent Nelson.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery at a later date and will be announced.
