WILLIAMSFIELD — John L. Ridle, age 27, of Williamsfield, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014.
He was born in Meadville, Pa., on July 24, 1986, a son of Mark F. and Frances “Frankie” Bolding Ridle. He was a 2004 graduate of Pymatuning Valley High School in Andover.
He worked as an gas/oil field worker since he was 19 years old, most recently working for Patterson-UTI Drilling Co. as a rig hand. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.
He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Ridle and Lauren Ridle, both of Dorset; his parents, Mark Ridle of Meadville, Pa. and Frankie Ridle of Orwell; a sister, Monica Brown of Williamsfield; a niece, Lilly Brown of Williamsfield; his paternal grandmother, Judy Ridle of Meadville, Pa.; his maternal grandparents, John and Kathleen Bolding of Meadville, Pa.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John A. Ridle.
Calling Hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, at WAID FUNERAL HOME, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville, Pa.
The Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Monday, at the Funeral Home.
