SHARON, Pa. — Mary Jane Enos, age 83, of Sharpsville, passed away unexpectedly with family at her side, 1:14 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, at Sharon Regional Health System, Sharon, Pa.

Mary was born on Nov. 23, 1930, to Michael and Katherine (Kish) Seaman in Ashtabula, Ohio.

Mary worked at the Sharpsville Nursery School. On July 14, 1951, she married the late Sylvester E. “Slip” Enos Jr. who passed away June 27, 2006.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Sharon, Pa. Mary enjoyed time spent with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She liked bird watching, bird feeding, reading, working on puzzles; she was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan. Mary especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren while they participated in sports and activities.

Mary is survived by her two daughters, Karen E. (Richard) Perfilio of Sharpsville, Pa. and Maria L. Enos, whom Mary resided with, of Sharpsville, Pa.; four sons, Sylvester E. "Buzz" (Sarah) Enos III of Sharon, Pa., Craig M. (Barb) Enos of Oberlin, Ohio, David P. Enos of Farrell, Pa. and Christopher (Julie) Enos of Sharpsville, Pa.; sister, Catherine Bordeaux of Ashtabula, Ohio; two brothers, Mitch Seaman of Geneva, Ohio and Richard (Connie) Seaman of Ravenna, Ohio; and seven grandchildren, Michael Enos, Mary Katherine Enos, Charlee Enos, Sylvester E. Enos IV, Christopher Enos, Nicholas Enos and Matthew Enos.

She was preceded in death by father, Michael Seaman; mother, Katherine Seaman; husband, Sylvester E. "Slip" Enos Jr.; daughter, Cheryl A. Enos; and a brother, Joseph Seaman.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m., Today, Jan. 31st, at STEPHEN J. SHERMAN FUNERAL HOME, 2201 Highland Road, Hermitage, Pa.

Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 1st, at St. Joseph’s Church, Sharon, Pa., with Father Glenn R. Whitman officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hermitage, Pa.
