Bella Jean Lexso, age 83, of Bristolville, Ohio, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014, at the Oaks at Bethesda in Zanesville, Ohio, Muskingum County.
She was born Feb. 7, 1931, in Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clarence B. and Lucie P. (Linger) Liddle.
She was a graduate of Bloomfield High School, and was employed as a waitress at Wayside Restaurant for many years.
Bella was a member of Bristolville Church of the Brethren and enjoyed singing with her family and playing country music on the guitar. Bella also liked to quilt and go bowling.
She is survived by her three sons, James (Desi) Lexso of Farmington, Ohio, Joseph Lexso of Champion, Ohio and John Lexso of Southington, Ohio; and her daughter, Jodi Lintz of Zanesville, Ohio. Bella also leaves behind 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Dorcas Kail of Orwell, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Floyd Liddle.
Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, May 31st, at CARL W. HALL FUNERAL HOME, where Pastor Fred Keener will officiate. Interment will be in Sager Memorial Cemetery, Bristolville.
Friends may call from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Friday, May 30th, at the Funeral Home.
