ASHTABULA — Rose Demaline, age 95, of Ashtabula, died Sunday evening, Dec. 3O, 2012, at Ashtabula County Medical Center.
Born March 25, 1917, in Ashtabula, she was the daughter of Frank and Josephine (Catania) DiPietro. Rose attended Ashtabula City Schools and was a graduate of the Cleveland School of Cosmetology.
She owned and operated beauty Salons in Cleveland and Ashtabula.
Survivors include her niece, Palma (Donald) Meola of Ashtabula; great-nephews, Donald Meola, Tom (Rene) Meola and Ben (Christine) Meola; great-niece, Marianne Meola; and good friend and companion, Donna Torquato.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin Demaline; and brothers Ben, Fred and Steve DiPietro.
Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 2nd, at GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, with Deacon Richard Johnson, of Our Lady of Peace Parish, officiating. Burial will take place in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
