Jaime Lee (Brown) Mason, age 37, of Ashtabula, Ohio, died Monday, April 14, 2014, at the Cleveland Clinic, from complications after heart attack.
Born Nov. 13, 1976, she was a lifetime resident of Ashtabula and a 1995 graduate of Harbor High School. She married Ian Mason on Oct. 28, 1995.
She was employed for several years at local restaurants including Saybrook Family Restaurant, Steak-N-Shake and was last employed at a plant, Sigma of Jefferson, Ohio. She enjoyed reading, music, movies, dancing, and she loved life and spending time with her two children.
Surviving her are her children, Brianna Mason and Andrew Mason; her husband, Ian Mason; mother, Janette Brown; father, Randy “Rick” Vencill (Sheila), all of Ashtabula, Ohio; three brothers, Joseph Brown (Amber), Roman Vencill (Kristie), and Randy Vencill (Christy); grandmother, Nona Brown; mother-in-law, Rachel Stewart; father-in-law, Roy (Linda) Mason; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, William H. Brown; grandparents, Ralph and Ovella Vencill; and grandmother-in-law, Eudora “Dodie” Marcona.
Calling Hours will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., with a Memorial Service to follow at 5 p.m., on Saturday, April 19th, at Pentecostal Church of God, 2201 Cook Road, Ashtabula. The Rev. Kenneth Roberts will officiate.
