EDINBORO, Pa. — Duane R. Morrow, age 72, of Edinboro, Pa., died peacefully at Pleasant Ridge Manor Nursing Home in Girard, Pa. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013.
Duane was born in Meadville, Pa., on July 17, 1941, the son of the late Harry J. and Bessie L. (Fisher) Morrow.
He had worked for Mr. Jim Hall on many dairy farms in the Springfield area and also worked for LUKJAN in Kingsville, Ohio.
Duane enjoyed many things, but he especially liked putting puzzles together and making pictures out of them.
Besides his parents, Duane was preceded in death by two brothers, Ed and John Morrow; and three grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany and Lyle Eichele.
Duane is survived by his wife, Sondra Morrow; a daughter, Mary Rivers of Conneaut, Ohio; and four sons, Michael of Conneaut, Ohio, Mark of Crawford County, and Matthew and Martin Morrow, both of Conneaut Township, Pa. He is also survived by two sisters, Martha Sherman of Albion, Pa. and Ruth Cornwell of Bessemer, Ala.; and two brothers, Percy Morrow of Indiana and Carl Morrow of Ligoneer, Pa.; several grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Friends may call at the JEAN EVANS THOMPSON FUNERAL HOME, 11883 Main St., East Springfield, Pa. on Friday, Nov. 22nd, from 7 to 9 p.m. and also on Saturday morning from 11 a.m. until the time of Service at 1 p.m., officiated by the Minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Gary Petrick. Burial will be in Springfield Cemetery.
