DORSET — Joseph S. Chamra II, age 64, of First St., Dorset, died Monday afternoon, June 9, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 3, 1949, in Ashtabula, the son of Joseph S. and Mary (Barnes) Chamra and had lived in Ashtabula County all of his life, living in Dorset Township the past 36 years.
He was a graduate of Perry High School and had been employed in the oil field industry the last several years.
He is survived by two sons, Joseph S. (Carol) Chamra III of Andover and Donald M. Chamra of Dorset Township; five grandchildren, Joseph S. IV, Raegan R., Delilah D., Brody M. and Roxanne O. Chamra; and a nephew and niece, Michael A. Chamra and Sky Coy, both of Jefferson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Michael Chamra; and a sister, Mary Dova.
Graveside Services will be held 1 p.m., Monday, at Oakdale Cemetery, with the Rev. Chris Schaubert, of Pentecostal Community Church, officiating.
Calling Hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Jefferson Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND CREMATORY, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson, whom has been honored to serve the Chamra family.
