Bryan Lee “Bubba” Starcher, age 47, son of H. JoAnn and the late Rush Starcher, passed away suddenly Wednesday, May 28, 2014, in Mansfield, Ohio. He was born Dec. 26, 1966, in Ashtabula, Ohio.
Bryan followed in his father’s footsteps by driving truck for L. T. Harnett and Allega. He enjoyed riding motorcycles especially his Harley Davidson Fat Boy. He loved country music and his friends at Jewel’s Dance Hall. He was a member of the Moose Lodge.
Surviving him is his mother; his daughter, Tiffany (Derrick) Turpin of Fairmont, W.Va.; three sons, Adam Starcher of Ashtabula, Tyler Starcher of Cuyahoga Falls and Corey Starcher of Plymouth Township; three grandchildren, Katherine Learn, Caiya Jackson and Leland Starcher; three brothers, Randy (June) Starcher of Wellington, Rod (Becky) Starcher of Ashtabula and Terry (Anne) Starcher of North Kingsville; and a sister, Connie (Del) Swartz of Jamestown, Pa.; his ex wife, Tina Funke of Plymouth Township; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rush; and a brother, Robert.
Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Monday, June 2nd, at the Ashtabula Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND CREMATORY, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, with the Rev. Quincy Worthington, of Trinity Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Ridgeview Cemetery.
Calling Hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Funeral Home.
