Loretta Notarianni, age 81, of Ashtabula, died Sunday morning, Jan. 15, 2012, at the Country Club Retirement Center.
Born March 27, 1930, in Ashtabula, Ohio, she was the daughter of Sam and Mary (Dispenza) St. Angelo. Loretta married Angelo Notarianni on Oct. 27, 1951, in San Francisco, Calif.
Loretta retired from St. Angelo’s Bowling Alley after 39 years of service. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish and a former member of Sons of Italy Anita Garibaldi Lodge. She enjoyed baking and being with her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Angelo Notarianni of Ashtabula; son, Gary Notarianni of Ashtabula; and a sister, Ann Guerini of Ashtabula.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Anthony, Guy, Charlie and Carl St. Angelo; sisters, Rose Orlando, Josephine Savarise and Ella Hackathorn.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon, Wednesday, Jan. 18th, in Our Lady of Peace Parish, Mount Carmel Church, with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, at GUERRIERO FUNERAL HOME, 1550 W. 19th St., Ashtabula.
