CONNEAUT — Jack T. Smith II, formerly of Pittsburgh, died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012.

Jack was born Oct. 24, 1951, to Rosie (Wurzburger) Smith and the late Jack T. Smith in Radford, Va.

Mr. Smith retired from General Electric in 2006 after working for the apparatus service shop in West Mifflin, Pa. Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and trips to Vegas. After retirement, he became a dealer for Presque Isle Casino.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Deborah (Lange) Smith; sons, Bronson (Karri) and Ryan Smith; and granddaughter, Courtney, all of Erie, Pa.; and his mother, Rosie Smith of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Jack was preceded in death by his father.

In keeping with Jack's wishes, no services will be held.
