CLEVELAND — Dorothy Louise Kovacs, age 70, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at the Cleveland Clinic.
Dorothy was born May 27, 1943, in Andover, Ohio, to Lawrence A. and Catherine (Lynch) Taylor.
She was a graduate of Edgewood High School and retired from Iten Industries. Dorothy loved to work in her yard, home fix-up projects, family picnics and cookouts, and loved being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by children, David E. (Christine) of Jefferson and Kimberly (Daniel) Loose of Ashtabula; brother, Paul (Anita) Taylor of Dublin, Ohio; sisters, Ruth (Tuck) Melton of Ashtabula and Roberta Centek of Bevier, Mo.; grandchildren, Matthew and Austin Loose, and Abby and Emma Kovacs. She is also survived by two aunts, one uncle, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She will also be greatly missed by her dear friends, Karen, Lonnie and DeeDee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Alice Moline; and her grandparents.
Dorothy's wishes were for cremation and no services.
