For the record May 24, 2009 Star BeaconLarko also pleaded guilty May 6 to the charge of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison with 55 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
Ron R. Ramos, 28, 4675 North Ridge Road E., Geneva, appeared May 6 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of attempted intimidation of witness, a fourth-degree felony. He must complete two years of basic supervised probation plus the anger management classes. He was fined $250 plus court costs. Adam R. Burdick, 21, 175 Nickle Plate Ave., Conneaut, pleaded guilty May 7 to the charge of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs. Matthew S. Lanzara, 24, 2740 Stanhope-Kellogsville, Dorset, pleaded not guilty May 7 to the charges of stopping after accident involving damage to realty or personal property attached to real property, a first-degree misdemeanor; felonious assault, a second-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor; and obstruction of justice, a first-degree misdemeanor. His bond was set at $5,000. Francis E. Tilley, III, 23, 105 Main St., Hoosick Falls, N.Y., pleaded not guilty May 7 to the charges of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.
