• Ramone D. Wiley, 32, 2444 Garden Dr. #703, Euclid, appeared May 5 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of complicity to possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was fined $500 plus court costs and must complete two years of supervised probation. His driver’s license was suspended for six months.
• Larry Allen, 40, 6505 Snow Road, Cleveland, appeared May 5 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of carrying a concealed weapon, a fourth-degree felony. He was fined $300 plus court costs and must complete three years of basic supervised probation.
• Earl F. Horne, 49, 1807 E. 47th St., Ashtabula, pleaded guilty May 5 to the charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to six months in prison with three days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
• Shawn Evans, 21, 1333 Walnut Blvd., Ashtabula, appeared May 5 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of arson, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to nine months in prison with 86 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
• Tina Waszil, 27, 6336 Bardmoor Blvd., Ashtabula, appeared May 5 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of attempted child endangering, a fourth-degree felony. She must complete two years of basic supervised probation and pay the court costs.
• John C. Lanzara, 46, 2740 Stanhope Kellogsville, Dorset, pleaded not guilty May 6 to the charge of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor. His bond was set at $5,000.
• Marcel Thompson, 19, 1009 W. 41st St., Ashtabula, appeared May 6 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of complicity to burglary, a second-degree felony. He was sentenced to eight years in prison with 117 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
• Lamar Siler, 20, 2207 Anthony Ave., Ashtabula, appeared May 6 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of complicity to burglary, a second-degree felony. He was sentenced to eight years in prison with 32 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
• Patricia Lowe, 38, 3640 Creek Road, Kingsville, appeared May 6 for her sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of theft of dangerous drug, a fourth-degree felony. She must complete two years of basic supervised probation. She must pay the court costs and was ordered by the court to pay $105.98 in restitution.
• Patricia Lowe, 38, 4215 Main Ave. Apt. 4, Ashtabula, appeared May 7 for her sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, a fourth-degree felony. She must complete two years of basic supervised probation and pay the court costs. Her driver’s license was suspended for six months.
• Joseph M. Larko, Jr., 20, 7486 Harmon Road, Conneaut, pleaded guilty May 6 to the charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to one year in prison with 66 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.
