Fishbach, 39, 7835 Ninevah Road, Geneva, appeared May 1 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to eight months plus 120 days in prison and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was fined $800 plus court costs and his driver’s license was suspended for three years.
Jeffery W. Wilson, 19, 324 Marvin Ave., Geneva, pleaded guilty May 1 to the charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered by the court to a one year period of rehabilitation. He must pay the court costs.
Scott Hoffacker, 30, 5787 South Ridge Road, Geneva, pleaded guilty May 1 to the charge of domestic violence, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to two years in prison with 11 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was fined $250 plus court costs.
Aaron Brulingham, 25, 197 Garfield Lane, Jefferson, appeared May 4 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of aggravated assault, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 16 months in prison with four days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
