• Trahdale L. Moore, 21, 265 North Ave., Geneva, appeared April 28 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of attempted having weapons while under disability, a fourth-degree felony. He was fined $350 plus court costs and must complete two years of basic supervised probation.
• Sherord A. Miller, 27, 1009 Seymour Drive, Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 29 to the charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $5,000.
• Jeannie Planisek, 33, 7255 Jackson St., Mentor, appeared April 29 for her sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of theft, a fifth-degree felony. She was fined $100 plus court costs and must complete two years of basic supervised probation.
• William R. Beesler, 28, 4071 Lake Road Lot 25, Conneaut, appeared April 29 for his sentencing on the previous conviction of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to eight months in prison with 108 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
• Andrew K. Marsh, 29, 2331 Austinburg Road, Ashtabula, appeared April 29 for his sentencing on the previous conviction of grand theft, a third-degree felony. He was fined $100 plus court costs and must complete two years of basic supervised probation.
• Patricia A. • Christy L. Roberts, 27, 7416 Adrianne Drive, Williamsfield, appeared April 30 for her sentencing on the previous conviction of passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony. • Matthew L. Wilson, 25, 2870 Netcher Road, Jefferson, pleaded guilty April 30 to the charges of forgery and misuse of credit cards, both fifth-degree felonies. His bond was continued and a pre-sentence investigation report was ordered by the court.
• Joseph Larko, Jr., 20, 7486 Harmon Road, Conneaut, pleaded guilty May 1 to the charge of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs.
