Common Pleas Court Lamonte D. Watson, 24, 6033 Bear Creek Drive #322, Bedford, appeared April 9 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of theft, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison with 169 days jail time credited and must complete a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs. Walter A. Perkins, 45, 814 W. 58th St., Ashtabula, pleaded guilty April 9 to the charge of theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison with six days jail time credited and must complete a period of post-release control. He was ordered by the court to pay $375 in restitution and must pay the court costs. Monique Robinson, 35, 1111 Seymour Drive, Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charges of possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. Her bond was continued at $20,000. Robert A. Laing, unknown address, appeared April 10 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. He was sentenced to six months in prison with 36 days jail time credited and must complete a period of post-release control. He must pay the court costs. Bradley L. Owens, 32, 5255 State Road Lot #6, Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of passing bad checks, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was set at $2,500. Robert D. Stone, 22, 1423 W. 4th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $5,000. Rachel G. Sutton, 26, 12 Village Park, Maple Heights, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charges of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of child endangering, both first-degree misdemeanors; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a second-degree misdemeanor. Her bond was continued at $10,000. Damien J. Tribe, 36, 12412 Sprecher Ave., Cleveland, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charges of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; two counts of child endangering, both first-degree misdemeanors; possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a second-degree misdemeanor. His bond was continued at $10,000. Justin Nemergut, 19, 426 Harbor St., Conneaut, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charges of burglary, a second-degree felony, and complicity to burglary, a second-degree felony. Her bond was continued at $15,000. Londale A. Miller, 33, 5834 Adams Ave., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of burglary, a fourth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $7,500. Steven Ortega, 20, 1627 W. 19th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of misuse of credit card, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $10,000. Rodney E. Johnson, Jr., 19, 1423 W. 4th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $2,500. Michael K. Smith, 24, 5048 Route 534, Rome, pleaded not guilty April 10 to the charge of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. His bond was continued at $10,000.
