David M. Bogert, 34, 12003 Concord Hamdon Road, Painesville, pleaded not guilty Mar. 20 to the charge of burglary, a third-degree felony. His bond was set at $50,000. Terry L. Cicco, 49, 1616 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula, appeared Mar. 26 for his sentencing hearing on the previous conviction of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison with 10 days jail time credited and will be subject to a period of post-release control. He was fined the court costs. Marriage Licenses Michael A. Anderson, 20, to Christina M. Monroe, 24, 829 W. Prospect Circle Apt. 5, Ashtabula; Noah L. Shetler, 22, 6601 Root Road, Conneaut, to Rebecca J. Miller, 27, 690 Creek Road, Pierpont; Richard E. Plough, Jr., 26, to Aliesha A. Dombrowski, 20, 805 Main St., Conneaut Ashtabula Municipal Court Marcus Anthony Watson, 110 S. St. Clair St., Painesville, pleaded guilty Mar. 10 to the charge of criminal trespassing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended with five days jail time credited. Ricky L. Harris, 1941 Lambros Lane G12, Ashtabula, appeared Mar. 10 for his sentencing hearing on the previous convictions of attempted trafficking and petit theft. He was fined $1,110 and sentenced to 180 days in jail. He must complete one year of supervised probation and was ordered by the court to pay $1,300.74 in restitution. Richard J. Parker, 1729 Robin Circle, Ashtabula, pleaded guilty Mar. 10 to the charge of driving while under the influence. He was fined $755 with $400 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended with five days to be served via the driver intervention program. He must complete two years of supervised probation. Jeffrey L. McCormack, 7291 Poore Road, Conneaut, pleaded guilty Mar. 10 to the charge of driving while under suspension with lack of fiscal responsibility. He was fined $700 plus court costs with $300 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended with five days to be served via either 15 days of electronically monitored house arrest or 40 hours of community service. John J. Lyons, 5310 Summer Ave., Ashtabula, pleaded no contest Mar. 10 and was found guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct and was fined $180.
