Joey D. Tackett, 44, 2011 E. Morgan Road, Jefferson, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of receiving stolen property. His bond was set at $25,000. Shawn Snyder, 20, 522 State St., Conneaut, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of grand theft, a fourth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $5,000. David L. Sanders, 51, 1036 E. 6th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and theft, all fourth-degree felonies. His bond was continued at $5,000. Jeffrey D. Fehr, 29, 295 S. Eagle St. Apt. 1, Geneva, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of complicity to breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was set at $2,500. William M. Schrieber, Jr., 19, 6850 Route 46, Rome, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. His bond was continued at $5,000. Melissa G. Jaber, 39, 1036 E. 6th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and theft, all fifth-degree felonies. Her bond was continued at $5,000. Marion C. Kirk, 32, 6800 Lake Road W. #35, Geneva, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and theft, all fifth-degree felonies. His bond was continued at $10,000. Lana Merlino, 56, 1350 Way Road, Rome, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of patient abuse, a fourth-degree felony. Her bond was set at $5,000. John Laveck, 27, 6820 Sanborn Road, Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; abduction, a third-degree felony; and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. His bond was set at $25,000. Jessi N. Kase, 35, 6800 Lake Road W., Geneva, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and theft, all fifth-degree felonies. His bond was continued at $5,000. Anthony S. Rossi, 20, 8028 Ninevah Road, Geneva, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of passing bad checks and theft, both fifth-degree felonies. His bond was continued at $2,500. Jasmine A. Ruth, 27, 1633 W. 6th St., Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. Her bond was continued at $5,000. Jason Dubois, 38, 4387 N. Myers Road, Geneva, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charges of aggravated menacing, using weapons while intoxicated, possession of criminal tools and three counts of domestic violence, all first-degree misdemeanors; and to two counts of criminal damaging, both second-degree misdemeanors; and to the charge of vandalism, a fifth-degree felony. His bond was set at $25,000. Luis Rivera, 41, 6635 Crawford Road, Ashtabula, pleaded not guilty March 13 to the charge of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. His bond was set at $5,000.
