Youth Theater series of classes beginning Thur., July 17th. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Noon until 2 p.m. for a total of 12 classes. A theater production will be held on Wed., Aug. 27th to complete the program. This Youth Theater class is open to children age 8 to 15 years old. Class fee is $35 for non-members and $31.50 center members. You must call the Center to register at 593-5888. This class is limited to the first 15 students.

Playhouse Square Center, The Arts Education Department at Playhouse Square is offering four dance classes for adults this fall. Classes are held in the beautiful Gund Foundation Dance Studio in the Idea Center at Playhouse Square (1375 Euclid Ave.).
Ballroom Blitz – July 12, Men and women who would like to give ballroom dancing a try, or quickly learn a few new steps, are invited to enroll in “Ballroom Blitz,” a one-day series of dance classes offered by the Arts Education Department at Playhouse Square on Saturday, July 12. Tanya Dimitrova of Viva dance will teach the basics of four styles of ballroom and Latin dancing – waltz, tango, swing and salsa. Individuals and couples are welcome; participants may sign up for each one-hour session independently or for all four sessions.
