Tribal Belly Dancing is the newest class offering at the Conneaut Community Center for the Arts. It is offered on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. and Wed. at 8 p.m. You can take the class one or two times a week. It is offered in 4 week sessions. It has been so popular we want to make sure we have a spot for you, so call the Center today at 440-593-5888 to register and for fee information. Instructor is J.J. Maenpaa, she brings her knowledge and love of belly dancing to this exciting new class. The Center is located at 1025 Buffalo St. in the Port of Conneaut.
Yoga with Paula Knepp three times a week: Wed. at 10 a.m., Thurs. at 5 p.m. & Sat. at 10 a.m. Take one class a week or all three times it’s offered. Cost is just $11 per class or $40 per month for unlimited classes.
For a more vigorous workout, try Sally Mucci’s PM Workout class offered every Mon. and Wed. from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. A great aerobic workout to get your feet moving and your body grooving to the music. Again, come to one class or both classes each week. Cost is $25 per 7-week session at one time a week or $35 per 7-week session at twice a week.
Take our Kick Fit class with Master Craig Clinton on Tues. & Thurs. evenings from 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. A cross between boxing and martial arts, this workout is high-energy and will whip you right into shape! Once or twice a week, classes are only $6 each or $40 for the month.
