— Bertram Inn & Conference Center in Aurora was the setting for the wedding uniting Caitlin Drennen and James DeSouza on Sept. 1, 2012. The Rev. Mark Juengel officiated the double-ring ceremony.

Parents of the bride are Bert and Carol Drennen of Conneaut. The groom’s parents are Joseph and Cheryl DeSouza of Broadview Heights.

The bride appeared in a strapless gown of white satin designed with ruching throughout. The fitted sweetheart bodice was embellished with beading at the waist. The groom was attired in a classic black tuxedo with white vest and matching four-in-hand tie.

Serving as honor attendant for the bride was Jaci Yoder of Broadview Heights. Bridesmaids included DeAnna Neff of Louisville; Michele Taylor, Christa Naylor and Cristy Poff, all of Conneaut. Flower girls were Emalee Poff of Conneaut and Magdalena Yoder of Broadview Heights.

Best man was Dale Anderson of Louisville. Groomsmen were Chip Kalback of Denver, Colo.; Jeff Cartledge of Austin, Texas; and Kyle Yoder of Broadview Heights. Ring bearer was John Yoder of Broadview Heights.

Among those receiving flowers was the groom’s grandmother, Velma Murano of North Royalton.

A reception for the couple followed at the Bertram Inn.

The bride received her bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising. She is employed with Art of Cloth. The groom has a bachelor’s degree in international business. He is employed with Hawthorn Family Wealth.

Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple are residing in Strongsville.
