Responsibilities include managing the maintenance department and improving engineering and manufacturing processes for quality improvement and manufacturing efficiency. This individual will also develop engineering investment plans and establish the highest standards of engineering and manufacturing operations ensuring that products conform to established customer and company standards.
Qualifications: 4-year engineering degree and minimum of 2 years management experience. A solid working knowledge of quality assurance and/ or process control experience in a manufacturing environment; superior trouble-shooting, data collection/analysis, procedure writing, project management skills; excellent team, interpersonal, communication, computer skills; results oriented, self-motivated.
