Proceeds benefit area children's school expenses. At 7 p.m., Grapevine recording artists "The Songsters Quartet" will perform. 4 - NEIGHBORHOOD CARNIVAL, 11 a.m. at Ashtabula Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1342 W. Prospect Road. Clowns, games, prizes, free food and beverage, face painting, petting zoo, duck pond and more.
